John Wilson, the owner and founder of Lights by Sparky was first inspired to hang Christmas lights professionally during the holiday season of 1999. While visiting his mother-in-law who was undergoing treatment for cancer, John had the idea to brighten her spirits by installing several strands of bright, holiday bulbs around her home. He was amazed by the cheerful effect of the Christmas decorations and soon realized that his labor could bring joy and cheer to a much larger audience.That same winter, John started Lights by Sparky and organized a professional team focused on bringing joy and added rejuvenation to the Christmas season through the brilliance of color and light.
Since its beginnings almost 20 years ago, Lights by Sparky has grown exponentially while expanding our offerings outside of holiday lighting. We are proud to offer professional Wedding and Event illumination as well as Outdoor and Permanent
landscape lighting for both homes and businesses.
